The Candy Cloud (£11) is the most photographed drink in the bar — pink gin, citrus, triple sec and cranberry topped with a cloud of candyfloss that melts slowly into the drink as you watch. The Candy Cloud — Pink Lane's Most Iconic Cocktail
If you've seen a MadHouse cocktail on social media, it was probably the Candy Cloud. Pink gin with citrus, triple sec and cranberry — a genuinely great drink underneath the theatre. The candyfloss cloud sits on top and slowly dissolves as you drink it, changing the taste as it goes. Order it, photograph it, drink it before the cloud disappears.
